We make all our sandwich bread and if we don't get home in time to put it in the oven it comes out leaden. I think it's one of the most rewarding things you can make. This bread looks really good, especially the interior. It looks like the recipe has a lot of yeast, which helps with dense, heavy breads that use buckwheat or whole wheat flour and other grains. I bet it makes wonderful toast.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
